We've gathered the questions we hear most often.

When will my order arrive? +
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ship the same day and arrive at your door within 2–3 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $1,500.
How do returns and exchanges work? +
You can return any item, no questions asked, within 30 days of delivery. It must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is on us.
Are the products handmade? +
Our ceramics and many other pieces are crafted by hand in small studios, so every item carries subtle variations — not a flaw, but a signature.
Do you offer gift wrapping? +
Yes. Tick the gift wrapping option at checkout and add a personal note to the card (+$50).
Will I be notified when a sold-out item is back? +
Leave your email for any sold-out size or color on the product page, and you'll be the first to know when it's back in stock.
Which payment methods do you accept? +
Visa, Mastercard and Troy cards, with 3D Secure and up to 12 installments through our secure payment provider.
